Quit taking random fitness classes. Start training.

The Bandana Training Club is designed for people who enjoy taking group fitness classes but are looking to level up their training to see better results.

The goal is to strike the perfect balance between science, hustle, and fun. Hang out with us long enough and we’ll brainwash you into believing your body is a miracle and movement is a gift.

What is The Bandana Training Club?

The Bandana Training Club is your new digital home for next-level training and nutrition info.

We’ve designed it to solve actual problems our clients have had over the years.

For example:

“Rob, will you write me a training program that still allows me to take spin classes a few days per week?”

“I’m going on vacation and I’m not sure I’ll have access to a gym. Do you have any bodyweight workouts I can do?”

“Mel, I’m confused by all the nutrition info on the internet. Do you have any resources that could help me figure out an eating plan that’s aligned with my goals?”

“My mobility sucks. What should I do?”

“I don’t have a lot of confidence with my kettlebell skills. Can you help me level up?”

The growing catalogue reflects our combined expertise as a strength coach and sports dietitian.

Mindset

A more mindful approach

The unsung hero of proper training

The Mindset section is a direct reflection of the many conversations we’ve had with clients over the years. Our goal with this section is to truthfully answer more complex questions, be transparent about our thought process, and discuss current trends in the industry. We talk about things like our personal relationship with our body, the problem with Instagram fitness influencers, time management drills we’ve found to be useful, and why calorie burn isn’t always the best rabbit to chase.
